Unlocking Multilingual Mastery with Co-op Translator

This article was written to frame the Reactor session, but it also clarified the problem I was trying to solve.

Technical documentation translation is not just text conversion. Developers need translated README files, adjusted links, preserved paths, valid Markdown, image text handling, and a folder structure that still makes sense after the source project changes.

That is why Co-op Translator mattered to me. It was not designed to make one translation look impressive. It was designed to reduce the operational cost of maintaining multilingual technical projects.

The post helped me move from talking about translation quality alone to talking about localization as infrastructure. The phrase became clearer later, but the idea was already present here: multilingual docs need a repeatable workflow, not only a good model response.

The principle is that technical translation becomes valuable when it fits the repository lifecycle.
