The Microsoft Reactor session forced me to make Co-op Translator teachable end to end.

A quick demo can hide a lot. A one-hour session cannot. I had to explain Azure resource setup, environment configuration, CLI commands, translating a real project, cost estimation, GitHub Actions automation, and what comes next.

That changed how I thought about the project. If a tool is difficult to teach, it is probably difficult to operate. Preparing the session helped me see which parts of the workflow needed clearer defaults, better documentation, and more predictable behavior.

It was not just a talk about translation. It was a public architecture walkthrough of a developer workflow system.
