The Open at Microsoft episode gave Co-op Translator a concrete story.
Instead of explaining the tool in the abstract, I could show it through the Phi-3 Cookbook: a real technical resource where multilingual accessibility mattered. The project needed Markdown translation, image text handling, and a workflow that developers could understand and contribute to.
That case study helped me connect three things I care about: open source, developer education, and practical AI tooling.
The lesson was that accessibility is not only about publishing content in more languages. It is about making the maintenance workflow strong enough that those languages can stay useful over time.
