This video made me explain Co-op Translator as a journey, not just a tool.
At first, the project was easy to describe technically: translate Markdown and image text with Azure AI services. But the more important story was how a practical automation need grew into an Azure open-source project with real maintainers, users, and repository workflows.
That framing mattered to me. It connected the technical work to the human side of open source: feedback, adoption, contribution, and the responsibility of making a tool reliable enough for other people’s documentation.
Looking back, this was one of the first public moments where the Localizeflow direction became visible, even before the product existed.
